CSR Supervisor Lilly joined our team in May of 2019. Lilly prides herself on the ability to stay calm and collected regardless of what stressful things are going on, as well as her positive “you got this” attitude with co-workers. As CSR Supervisor she is responsible for setting the CSR team up for success in the ER and all specialty departments, facilitating the communication between owners and the rest of the WVERC team, keeping the lobby and exam room clean and stocked, handling financial transactions and managing the cash drawer.
"I love the family atmosphere that is here, since becoming the CSR supervisor I have feel to supported and like everyone truly wants me to succeed. Before becoming the supervisor I had zero managerial experience but at WVERC I felt confident enough to try and everyone from other CSRs to management has been absolutely wonderfu," says Lilly.
At home, Lilly is a pet-parent to 2 dogs: Baby and Rosie, a leopard gecko names Lars, and 3 parakeets named Nigel, Samposon and ASAP Flocky. She also has multiple freshwater aquariums, but her favorite fish is a betta named Gustav! She enjoys hiking with her dogs and partner, playing the Sims, gardening, and baking in her spare time.
