Client Service Representative
Brittny is a part-time CSR here at Medford Veterinary Emergency Referral Center! She joined our team in January of 2020 and is an essential part of helping our office run smoothly. Brittny's job responsibilities include checking patients in and out, being the bridge between the doctors and clients, keeping the lobby area clean and organized, and ensuring that the clients are well taken care of. Brittny has a calming presence and truly helps keep our team's feet on the ground. Before working with us, Brittny previously worked as a Kennel Assistant while in high school from 2007-2008.
When she is not in the office, Brittny is a full time stay at home mom to two beautiful girls ages 6 and 2. She doesn't have too much free time but when she does she loves horseback riding, and even takes weekly lessons in the warmer months. She also enjoys hiking and spending time with her family and friends. Brittny moved to Massachusetts from California just three years ago, so her family loves to get out and explore the area whenever possible.
Brittny has two dogs: Ninzio is a 9-year-old corgi who was born on her wedding day, and Honey is an 8-year-old husky mix who she adopted back in 2015. Brittny says that Honey has the kindest soul and the biggest love! Her family also has a ferret named Mr. Fiddles, named by her daughter.
When asked why she likes working at Medford Veterinary, Brittny says that she loves channeling her energy into helping animals and their owners. She says that the hospital has an awesome, positive, and supportive staff that makes coming into work so amazing.
