Michael Estrin
MPH, DVM, DACVIM
Dr. Estrin received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. He completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at The Animal Medical Center in New York and then returned to the University of Minnesota for his residency training. He spent three years practicing internal medicine at referral hospitals in Minnesota and Missouri and in 2009, he accepted a position with IDEXX as an internal medicine consultant. While consulting with IDEXX, Dr. Estrin earned his Master's degree in Public Health with a concentration in epidemiology from Boston University. Prior to joining the team at Westford Veterinary Emergency, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Division of Comparative Medicine at MIT in Cambridge, MA.
Dr. Estrin is experienced in all aspects of internal medicine, and has a professional interest in infectious disease, hematology, endocrinology and gastroenterology. He is extremely skilled and practiced in abdominal ultrasounds and endoscopic procedures.
